We are 20 minutes from Fasig Tipton, Keeneland, and most major thoroughbred farms in central Kentucky. Our farm boasts quality facilities and an experienced, dedicated staff of horsemen, to provide your equine investment with the best care possible. Hardwood Horses L.C. provides first class care specific to the needs of each horse, whether for convalescent nursing care and rehabilitation, broodmare boarding and foaling, sales preparation or breaking and pre-training work.

The farm has plenty of superb horse pasture, which is maintained to the very highest standard. Surrounded by neighboring farmland it is a peaceful, safe environment for all its tenant horses. We provide continuous round-the-clock care to ensure the safety, security and well-being of your horses. Horses are our only business and our passion. You can rest assured your horse is being well cared for.
We take Broodmares for foaling, temporary boarding and transport to stallions farms during the season, as well as permanent boarding mares.
Please be aware that Health Certificates for each horse must be in order and current.
